Summer favorite healthy meals:

This is a classic summer meal that is both healthy and delicious. 

Grilled chicken or fish is a great source of protein, while grilled vegetables are packed with vitamins and minerals.


Fresh salad with grilled shrimp: 

Summer is the perfect time to enjoy a fresh salad, and adding grilled shrimp to it is a great way to add some protein. 

You can also add other ingredients like avocado, tomatoes, and cucumbers for some extra nutrients.


Veggie wraps: 

Wraps are a great option for a quick and healthy meal, and they are easy to customize to your liking. 

Use lettuce leaves or whole-grain tortillas as a base, and fill them with your favorite vegetables like bell peppers, carrots, and cucumber.
